日期问学校就可以了
wpp-你register的时候有一栏是问你要不要的，
要的话就tick就可以了

i filled in that form, the date of pemulaan pengajian is the commencement of the program, example : Bachelor Degree ,Diploma etc. Every university should have their own commencement, you just have to check with the yearly academic calender
