职位：Quantity surveyor (Mechanical & Electrical)


人数 ：3位
工作时间 ：Follow site hours (5 ½days)
工作地點:  Commonwealth  
休息日    : 星期日
薪水　　 ：$2500 -$5000
津贴        ：Transport Allowance , Phone Allowance


条件：
**Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
**Minimum  1- 3 years working experience in M&E Quantity surveyor in the construction industry
**Ability to read and understand tender equipments

工作性质：
**Measure and describe Mechanical & Electrical work including the preparation of tender documentation and negotiation with contractors.
**Deal with significant contractual issues including extensions of time , loss and expense claims , terms and conditions  etc.
**Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation.
**Prepare tender submission with specific deadline.
