Fear Effect Sedna will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC on March 6 for $19.99, publisher Forever Entertainment announced.
The Sushee-developed sequel, which is co-written by the Fear Effect series’ original writer, takes Hana, Rain, Glas, and Deke, as well as new character Axel, into the world of Inuit mythology. It uses a third-person isometric point of view, and combines action, stealth, and puzzle solving with animated cutscenes, including the classic death cutscenes from the original games.

The launch of Fear Effect Sedna comes 18 years after the release of the original Fear Effect for PlayStation. A remake of that game, titled Fear Effect Reinvented, is currently in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn to Stomp Online and at Global Retail this Spring
Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn will launch this spring for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, Windows PC and Nintendo Switch. In an all-new partnership, Saber Interactive has joined forces with independent publisher Wired Productions to give this cult-favorite a global digital and physical release.
Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn is an intense, action-packed beat ‘em up which sees players take on the role of the unstoppable Shaquille O’Neal as he fights his way through the hordes of hell and Hollywood. Master devastating combos, battle outlandish celebrity bosses and take on all comers with an array of weapons, including katanas, shuriken and baseball bats. Channel Shaq’s alter egos, Big Daddy O and Big Diesel, in epic battles in the successor to the worst game ever on a mission to restore Shaq’s legacy.

Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn will arrive globally at physical and digital retail this spring for the PlayStation®4 system, Xbox One, Windows PC and Nintendo Switch. This game is a co-production of Saber and Big Deez Productions and published in partnership with Wired Productions.
Anyone who purchased NBA Playgrounds on Nintendo Switch prior to June 10, 2017, will receive a free copy of Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn upon release. Saber will share more specifics regarding timing and delivery of rewards for the game’s Indiegogo backers directly via the game’s Indiegogo page.

The Stampede is Coming
Codemasters & Koch Media have today released a new gameplay trailer for Onrush, the action packed, arcade racer that will smash its way onto the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One on 5th June 2018. The new trailer, available to view now at codemasters.com/onrush, showcases the game’s bold and vibrant approach to racing with thrilling boosts, insane jumps and incredible takedowns.
Designed to keep players always in the action, Onrush is a celebration of sensational speed, outright fun and over the top spectacle. Players battle it out on track to power up their RUSH meter which enables them to unleash the ultimate manifestation of boost and power as they wreak havoc on their opponents by performing death defying takedowns and stunts.
There are eight vehicle classes in Onrush, each of which has its own unique style, feel and advantages. This includes the vehicle’s Rush state with each class having different effects and abilities that can help their side claim the victory.
Available to pre-order now, players can also get their hands on the Onrush Deluxe Edition which includes an eight additional vehicle designs with iconic gold and black liveries, extra Crashtag artwork and Track Tombstones all exclusive to the Deluxe Edition. Players who pre-order the game on PlayStation 4 will get early access to the Onrush beta before it opens up to everyone on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in May.

That’s right, Pit People has officially received its final touches and has a release date. On Friday, March 2nd, Pit people will be available for both Steam and Xbox One! You can pick it up early right now even, and watch it in your library, transforming before your very eyes!
For those of you who already have the early access copy of Pit People, thank you for being part of our game development journey! Our Early Access period lasted a total of 409 days. That’s one of the fastest records in Early Access history (no need to fact check this, it’s probably right)!
So what’s in the thing? The Story is completed, cinematics and all, along with a whole new World Map with 15 additional bonus missions. There’s been a lot of balancing, polish, and ‘quality of life’ features ‘n tweaks to go along with it! Definitely our largest changelist to date. Launch Trailer Emerges for Past Cure, Available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One
Phantom 8 Studio, a Berlin-based indie developer, is delighted to deliver the launch trailer for Past Cure, an intense cinematic, story-driven experience set to launch worldwide for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and on Steam for Windows PC on February 23rd, 2018.
Winner of multiple awards – including Best Storytelling at White Nights, Public Choice Award at Game Connection 2017, nominated for best emotional game in the Emotional Game awards, and for Best Indie Game at GamesCom 2017 – PAST CURE sees you play as Ian, a former special operations soldier unsure of his surroundings, and desperate to make sense of the last few years.
After the victim of experimentation and torture in prison, Ian’s mind has become fractured. His captors left him scarred with unrelenting nightmares, visions and new unstable and largely unexplainable powers such as time manipulation and telekinesis. You may have noticed that we’ve been a little quiet on the topic of in-game purchases and loot boxes, but we’ve been listening. In fact, we’ve absorbed every tweet, email, Facebook post and singing telegram sent our way, and we’ve been working to develop a sensible approach to let gamers and parents know when a game offers the option to purchase additional content. Starting soon ESRB will begin assigning a brand-new label to physical games: In-Game Purchases. This label, or as we call it interactive element, will appear on boxes (and where those games can be downloaded) for all games that offer the ability to purchase digital goods of premiums with real world currency. This includes features like bonus levels, skins, surprise items (such as item packs, loot boxes, mystery awards), music, virtual coins and other forms of in-game currency, subscriptions, season passes, upgrades (e.g., to disable ads) and more.
We’re also launching a new website ParentalTools.org to help raise awareness of the helpful tools that parents can use to manage the amount of time or money those crafty kids spend playing games. This is the first step of many!
