PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR / ENGINEERING ASSISTANT
(Mechanical/Electrical)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate M & E works in office or at site
• Responsible for planning, documentation, drawings and control of projects
• Liaison with project site team and ensure timely completion
• Prepare necessary documents, drawings and reports
• Procument of materials and preparation of project claims & VO
• Assist in tendering process when required

Requirements:
• Recognized degree/diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in either mechanical, electrical or building services will be an advantage (local construction industry)
• Strong knowledge in use and interpretation of AUTOCAD drawings
• Proficient in Autocad/MS Office
• Able to work independently / self-motivated
• Positive, willing to learn with good working attitude
• Fresh grads may apply
• Singaporean/PR/Malaysian preferred
