I'm totally agree with you. By chit-chatthing, it brings you no way of improving. Get some English newspaper, it helps loads in improving English in term of grammar, vocabulary as well as writing.  Good luck to you.

It will be better for you to do more English grammar exercises rather than chatting here, unless there is someone who will correct your mistake and teach you.

You need to speak more to improve ,find someone who can speak proper english and speak more to that person,for sure your english will improve , good luck !
