工作性质:	•Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions. •Opens customer accounts as new customer by recording account information and update system. •Maintains customer records by updating account information. •Resolves product and service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. •Recommends/highlight potential products and services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. •Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
工作地点:	No. 58,Jalan Rosmerah 3/2, Taman Johor Jaya, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor.
工作时间:	Monday - Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Saturday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm (Alternate shift)
工作日期:	5天半
工钱:	面谈（视经验而定)
条件:	Min SPM/STPM/DIPLOMA or equivalent. Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel) - Preferably with 1 year experience in customer service. - Good Communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin, etc
