Service Engineer X 4

Responsibilities:
•        Install and commission medical equipment installations
•        Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment at module/card level
•        Perform scheduled maintenance according to defined scope and standard operating procedures
•        Close service call with duly completed service reports
•        Customer complaint handling and escalation
•        Training will be provided for selected candidates

Requirements:
•        Diploma/Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering (Preferred)
•        Experience working with medical equipment will be an added advantage with minimum 1 year                   experience in field engineering support
•        Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
•        Good team player and independent worker with good written and communication skills
•        Having knowledge and understand of block or circuit diagram will have have advantage
•        Sound knowledge of IT fundamentals such as Microsoft environment and basic network management technologies will have advantage
•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
