WAN 是你在internet上的IP
你要換的是Local IP
restart後還是一樣是因為你的network就那幾架device

要如何用manual呢？
我是用Macbook Pro。。。

Click the Apple Icon on the main menu bar and select “System Preferences.”

Select “Network” from the “Internet and Network” section of the system preferences window.

Select the connection you want to assign a static IP address. Any connection used to connect the computer to the network will be indicated by a green light.

Click the “Configure” button.

Select “Manually” from the drop down box labeled “Configure IPv4” in the configuration window.

Enter an IP address into the field labeled “IP Address.” Click “Apply Now” to apply your changes and set the computer’s new static IP address.

你知道一个IP address只能开一个FB ACC吗？
如果我想开几个，是要如何呢？

那個是要裝多多個browser
你可以裝Google chrome
然後創建多多個用戶

你指的是WAN IP啦，不是LAN IP。。。
