Anyone told you that can use "Money" to buy certificate.
You ask he or she to show us the certificate.

No problem, if you could show us the proof.
If not please do not damage other college reputation.

But we can show you other "famous" college fake certificate.
Few step to check whether the certificate is bought or self study.
1. No Academic Transcript
2. Signature is not same as the Dean Name.
