hi, 其实在马来西亚LLP还没实行不管你是partnership or sole proprietor or SDN. BHD. 都可以switch into LLP.
LLP 是综合businesses 和 SDN BHD 的特征。
例如说有些buninesses / sole proprietor / partnership 他们想旷达生意但又想借loan可是有时候银行不借只能incoporate SDN BHD. 可是SDN BHD 要lodge account 去CCM（SSM）又或者他们是家族公司他们不想公开account 给民众但是姐loan， high gear 所以不能要exempt private certificate.
但是LLP就不用lodge accounts 给SSM 和民众。
通常会选择LLP 的entity like accounting firm, lawyer firm or other professional firms.

对我来说有点深奥><
但是 我是想知道 除了partnership or sole proprietor 还有哪一些businesses可以 change to LLP.
没有错的话 msia在去年已经开始实行LLP了

就好象 Account Firm & Lawyer Firm change to LLP这样
