  Practice make perfect . if you still silent and never open you mouth,It is quite hard to improve.

The best way to improve your written skill is to read newspaper.
By reading it, you will not only improve your command of English, but your general knowledge as well.
My teachers used to tell me or rather us about it.
However, I didn't realised the usefulness of reading newspaper until I tried it out myself.
My command of English be it spoken or written improved significantly and I hope you can do it as well.
I have many Indians friends and I communicate with them in English.
You can make great friends with them and at the same time, your spoken English will improve as time goes by.
