if i'm nt mistaken, is keep silence, and it's a verb..

if someone is asking me some questions, i want to ask him hv gt it or nt, it sould be "do u understand?" or "do u understood?"
and if he should answer me of "yes, i hv understand"or " hv understood"? so simple thing but i oweys will went blur or wrong on it
