DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

➢ Have the ability to communicate and listen to the problem occurred by the customers.
➢ SPM with minimum 1 year of working experience
➢ Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (Diploma, Degree)
➢ Willingness to accept feedback and quickly adapt
➢ Have the ability to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment
➢ Flexibility with constant changes, adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
➢ Multitasking

SALARY
- Basic Salary RM 2,200 – RM 2,500
- Language Allowance RM 300
- Mileage claimed RM 200
- Medical Benefit and performance bonuses (Based on performance)

Working Conditions
➢ Variable work schedule including work hours at night and weekends

IT Helpdesk (IBM)

Responsibilities:
• Provide 1st level technical support to IT customers of hardware & software issues.
• Address customers technical issues via phone or remotely.
• Create service tickets in the Call Management System & use the appropriate escalation channels to escalate pending issues.

Requirements:

• Education background: Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree for Computer & IT. (or any related field)
• Or 1 year of working experience in IT or customer service.
• Language requirement: Mandarin, Cantonese & English (Excellent communication skills).
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate should be able to work on rotations shifts.
• Interested candidates must be Malaysian citizen.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
Salary & Benefits:
• Basic salary: RM2000 – RM3000 (based on IT assessment results)
• Transportation allowance: RM300
• Language Allowance : RM500
