Job Vacancy - Production Manager in Johor Bahru (JB), Seri Alam

Responsibilities:
• To run the Production Department in the most efficient and effective manner and consistent with the Company policies and practices
• Meeting set objectives, tasks and targets, including KPIs.
• Maintain quality standards by conducting regular evaluations and investigating complaints; initiates corrective actions where necessary.
• Responsible for developing and ensuring the sustainability of the technical competency and implement best practices within the department
• Continual improvement of manufacturing process and equipment capability to achieve higher production yield and quality
• Maintain a disciplined, organised and efficient workforce.
• Plan and manage effectively the manpower and resources of the company

Requirements:
