Samsung external harddisk 无法detect

external harddrive plug in 电脑,出现什么usb no recognized,然后说什么one usb attached to computer has manucfactured,but windows cannot recognized,在device manager 那边显示unknown device,uninstall了install还是不能，disable了再enable还是不能，disk management里面也没出现，之前还好好的，突然就不可以用了，之后我也更新了bios,chipset，用ccleaner recover registry,还是不能，电脑拔电池拔电源，拔掉所有USB，然后等了一整子，再开过，突然又可以，可以开进去file，可是一下子又不可以了，harddisk的电源有亮，到底是什么问题啊
