Language has been treated as a form of art throughout the history, especially in the medieval; modernization, however, has changed the sole characteristic of language from a pure literature to a tool of communication. Thus the question - what is your stance on language, particularly on English - is asked. Do you learn English because you are obliged to do so, or do you voluntarily accept the fundamental rules of English? Well, you call it.

Don't be shy to share your stance, your thoughts, your English, and your attempt.

Old man words : The harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly.

Cheers,
Dav

A glance through your post making me feel so stressed because there are some vocabulary which i can't understand.   Somehow, I guess my english language isn't improving much since Form 5.  Learning English is  like a must and duty for me.  Thus, i don't really enjoy much to learn English. Sorry for any of my poor grammar or vocabulary mistakes.

Well, no one is perfect. As long as you've tried to improve your degree of mastery over English, you will definitely be able to gain an insight into your improvement.

Cheers,
Dave.

Before I went to a Chinese primary school, English was my first language, i.e. it was the language I ...

Beware of dangling modifiers and sentence structures, as you might lose some credibility due to these seemingly negligible mistakes. Well, muchas gracias por tus comentarios.

Cheers,
Dave.
