- Play a role in every aspect of the building process, from design conception to inspection of the completed structure.
- Oversee the execution of projects, which involves constant interaction with construction workers, clients and other building professionals.
- Responsible for determining a project's budget.
- Coordinate project requirements with clients, in-house staff, and review agencies.
- Include the management and design of buildings.
- Perform structural design and analysis of steel, concrete, and timber structure elements utilizing structural software; applying code requirements; developing and checking plan details; as well as preparing cost estimates, technical reports, and specifications for buildings and other structures.
- May be required to provide construction oversight on projects. |

- Minimum 3 years working experience in handling project site/ structural design is preferable.
- Chinese speaker is an added advantage. |
