Read news article and read out loud if possible. I believe this is the most effective way to improve english in a short time.

read more, speak more and listen more.. that shuld be fine

Reading newspaper is the best way to improve your grammar & composition. As for listening, maybe can try listening to radio fm. Hope this helps
