楼主，第一题的解法应该是这样：

首先，必须先知道--“-弦切角定理”以及“圆内接四边形对角互补定理”。
angle RTU=angle SRU=70
因为angle PTR+angle UTR=360-210=150=angle PTU
所以angle PTV=angle PTU-angle RTU=150-70=80
然后angle PTV+x=180
80+x=180
x=100
