《拉格那攻击天使队》将于 5 月底结束营运肇因于开发商 DINGO 破产倒闭

　　DMM Games 宣布，目前在日本营运中的 PC 网页与 Android / iOS 智能型手机游戏《拉格那攻击天使队（ラグナストライクエンジェルズ）》，将于 5 月 31 日结束营运。官方并未说明结束营运的理由，不过一般认为跟本作的开发厂商 DINGO 日前宣布破产倒闭有关（相关报导）。

　　《拉格那攻击天使队》是指挥 38 公尺的巨大美少女来进行战斗的 3D 实时战斗游戏。玩家将扮演 6 位巨大化女主角所隶属之「拉格那攻击者」的特务官，率领巨大美少女以及战斗型机器人「艾克提斯（エクティス）」与神秘的巨大生命体敌人「菲亚雷姆（フィアレム）」战斗。

　　游戏由 DINGO 担任开发，DINGO 代表取缔役庄司竜也担任原作，插画家深崎暮人担任角色原案，动画制作公司 SATELIGHT 制作游戏内动画，同时请到黑泽朋美、水濑祈、佐仓绫音、内田真理、渊上舞、悠木碧等知名声优担任 6 名女主角的配音演出，2016 年 12 月正式上线营运。

　　此外，官方还制作了共 12 话、每话仅 30 秒的电视动画作为宣传。

　　虽然游戏是由 DMM 负责营运，但原作与开发都是由 DINGO 担纲，因此在 DINGO 宣布破产倒闭之后不久的今日，DMM 就宣布游戏将于 2 个月后的 5 月 31 日结束营运。预定 4 月 28 日率先停止游戏内虚宝「拉格那石（ラグナストーン）」的贩卖，5 月 31 日关闭服务器结束营运。http://ragst.dmm.com/news/detail/1741

Rocket League: Fate of the Furious DLC Announced
《火箭联盟》将推出《速度与激情8》联动DLC

　　日前Psyonix确认将推出《火箭联盟》的新DLC，本次的DLC将与环球影业的新电影《速度与激情8》进行联动，届时Dom Toretto的爱车Dodge Ice Charger将作为可用车辆登场，此外该DLC中还将收录6种新贴纸。本次的DLC售价为1.99美元，预计将于2017年4月4日上线，登陆PS4、XBOX One和PC平台。

Mad Catz files for bankruptcy, company is shutting down
美国知名游戏周边厂商 Mad Catz 宣布破产倒闭将展开清算解散程序

　　以格斗游戏用大型游戏杆产品闻名、曾邀请知名格斗游戏老将梅原大吾担任代言的美国游戏周边厂商 Mad Catz Interactive 于美国时间 3 月 31 日发表，已于 3 月 30 日宣告破产，确定不考虑出售或重整再建，将依照美国联邦破产法进行清算解散。目前所有董事会成员与主要干部皆已辞职。

　　在格斗游戏周边领域相当知名的 Mad Catz，是美国知名的游戏周边制造商，旗下曾推出格斗游戏用大型游戏杆、游戏控制器、飞行游戏杆、电竞鼠标、电竞键盘、鼠标垫等周边，以及 TRITTON 品牌的耳机麦克风等，广受电竞领域玩家采用。亦曾与日本格斗游戏老将梅原大吾签约代言。

Mad Catz 近期预定推出的《铁拳 7》合作大型游戏杆「TE2+」

　　Mad Catz 近年来经营状况持续恶化，曾主导推出众多畅销产品的关键人物 Mark Julio 于去年 2 月离职，旗下专营特殊飞行游戏杆周边的 Saitek 亦于去年 9 月卖给罗技，并陆续传出与签约代言的格斗游戏选手解约的消息，如今则是走向破产一途，且不打算出售或重整，而是直接清算解散。

Mad Catz Makes Voluntary Assignment in Bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act

Mad Catz Interactive announced that, with the authorization and approval of its Board of Directors, made a voluntary assignment in bankruptcy on March 30, 2017, pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Pursuant to the assignment in bankruptcy, PricewaterhouseCoopers has been appointed as the trustee in bankruptcy of the Company’s estate. The Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Mad Catz, ceased operations and also has filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code to initiate an orderly liquidation of the assets of the Company. In addition, certain of the Company’s other subsidiaries have filed or will file for liquidation under comparable legislation in their countries of origin.

The Company also announced that all of the directors and officers of the Company have resigned effective as March 30, 2017.

As previously disclosed, the Company’s Board of Directors formed a special committee in 2016 to explore and evaluate strategic alternatives intended to maximize shareholder value, including a sale of the Company. The Company hired a financial advisor in connection with evaluating and pursuing strategic alternatives. The Company has been consistently pursuing its operational plan with the aim of increasing revenue and improving working capital.

The Board of Directors made the decision to have the Company make a voluntary assignment in bankruptcy after considering various strategic alternatives, the interest of various stakeholders of the Company as well as a number of other factors. The Board of Directors has been advised by the Company’s financial advisor and management that no viable strategic alternative in respect of a sale of the Company or other corporate sale transaction is being made available to the Company by any third party. In addition, the Board of Directors has also been advised that the Company’s lenders will not increase the amount of its credit facilities beyond the current levels.

Karen McGinnis, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated that, “Regrettably and notwithstanding that for a significant amount of time the Company has been actively pursuing its strategic alternatives, including various near term financing alternatives such as bank financing and equity infusions, as well as potential sales of certain assets of the Company or a sale of the Company in its entirety, the Company has been unable to find a satisfactory solution to its cash liquidity problems. The Board of Directors and management would like to acknowledge the outstanding efforts of the Company’s employees in support of its business, especially during the time that the Company faced financial difficulties. The Company would also like to thank the vendors and professional service providers who have supported the Company’s efforts during this time.”

AeternoBlade II now a PS4, Xbox One, and Switch title

AeternoBlade II, previously announced for 3DS and PS Vita, is now a PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch title, developer Corecell Technology announced.

In an e-mail update, Corecell said that the team of artists working on AeternoBlade II resigned a month ago, so the game has to be reworked for a new art direction. In order to make it “a quality game for our fans,” Corecell plans to launch an Indiegogo campaign to fund the game’s development.

A launch date for the IndieGoGo campaign was not announced.

　　不知道有多少人还记得经典篮球游戏《NBA Jam》和《NBA街头篮球》，这两个系列在近年来一直没有任何消息，让喜欢这类游戏的玩家感到一丝失望。近日，Saber Interactive工作室公布了一款继承了《NBA Jam》和《NBA街头篮球》灵魂的2v2篮球游戏《NBA赛场(NBA Playgrounds)》。

　　从游戏名就能够看出，这款游戏获得了NBA的官方授权，所有的NBA球队都会在游戏中登场，可以做出的花式动作超过一百种。此外，在《NBA赛场》这款作品中，曾经在NBA服役的经典球员和现役球员济济一堂，比如说在预告片中我们就能看到艾弗森、库里和乔治·希尔。

　　《NBA赛场》将在2017年5月以数字版的形式登陆PS4、Xbox One、PC和NS，售价20美元。

NBA Playgrounds Keeps the NBA Jam/Street Tradition Alive

The game is a return to the arcade-style basketball games of yesterday, like NBA Street and NBA Jam. Officially licensed by the NBA, the game features players both active and retired, with Allen Iverson facing off against modern ballers Steph Curry and George Hill in the opening of the trailer.

Every NBA team is featured in NBA Playgrounds, and the "roster of current and retired" players can be leveled-up. Keeping inline with its arcade-style roots, Playgrounds features "hundreds of over-the-top dunks and moves."

Playgrounds can be played solo, local-multiplayer, or "against the world" online.

Developed by Saber Interactive, CEO Matt Karch calls it accessible enough for anyone to pick up and play, but it still has "a lot of depth for hardcore pros who’ve mastered their game."

The return of high-flying, cartoonish arcade basketball hits Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4 and Xbox One next month as a digital-download for $20 USD.

ixar Cars 3 film in an entirely new interactive experience. Cars 3: Driven to Win is being developed by Avalanche Software, newly re-opened under Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, and will be available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Nintendo Switch and Wii U beginning in June 2017.
