Android 迎来新 logo，未来将不在以甜点作为系统版本的代号

Android Q 在释出 Beta 6，正式版本蓄势待发之际，Google 宣布这款最受欢迎的操作系统迎来全新的 logo。

这是 Android 时隔五年后再次进行改头换面。新的 logo 加入了标志性的绿色机器人，同时”android” 字样不仅在字体上进行更动，也由绿色改为黑色，据说是因为视障人士较难辨认出绿色的缘故。

据了解，全新的 logo 将在即将发布的 Android Q 上开始采用。说到 Android Q，相信这些日子大家都费尽心思猜测 “Q” 将会以什么甜点命名，毕竟自 1.5 (Cupcake) 版本以来 Android 就与甜点有着密不可分的关系，而官方同时在部落格上宣布未来将不在以甜点作为 Android 系统版本的代号，Android Q 即是 Android 10。

为什么不再延续这项近十年的传统？据说是因为以甜点为命名方式对新用户来说并不怎么友好，加深让他们对不同的 Android 版本的认知上的难度，毕竟 “Pie” 在部分地区有着别的含义，而 “Marshmallow” 也不是那么的广为人知。在收集到不同的反馈后，官方决定以数字作为命名方式，更加直觉。

For example, L and R are not distinguishable when spoken in some languages. So when some people heard us say Android Lollipop out loud, it wasn’t intuitively clear that it referred to the version after KitKat. It’s even harder for new Android users, who are unfamiliar with the naming convention, to understand if their phone is running the latest version. We also know that pies are not a dessert in some places, and that marshmallows, while delicious, are not a popular treat in many parts of the world.
