Firefox上不到网[更新:其他浏览器也面对同样问题]

为什么我的firefox上不到facebook，youtube，google很多很多都开不到？
有些开得到而已
他跳出来The connection was reset...
我试过reset整个firefox...reinstall...还是不可以...我用IE就上得到这些网站...
为什么？

The connection was reset

现在突然我的google chrome,IE也上不到了...就一直loading loading然后很久过后就page error

我把anti virus的web shield关掉就ok了
