Etrian Odyssey Nexus first English trailer

Atlus has released the first English trailer for Etrian Odyssey Nexus.

About

A royal decree from Princess Persephone has prompted the gathering of the realm’s greatest explorers to the floating city of Maginia. Their goal-uncovering the mysteries of the archipelago of Lemuria, home to a great Yggdrasil Tree. Sega of America president and COO Ian Curran appointed Atlus U.S.A. president and COO, Sega West CEO Tatsuyuki Miyazaki becomes Atlus U.S.A. CEO

Sega of America and Atlus U.S.A. today announced that Sega of America president and COO Ian Curran will assume a dual role as president and COO of Atlus U.S.A., and Sega West CEO Tatsuyuki Miyazaki will assume the role of Atlus U.S.A. CEO as current Atlus U.S.A. CEO Naoto Hiraoka focuses on his role as Atlus brand owner.

Recognized for his contribution to and leadership of Atlus U.S.A., Inc. and the resulting success of titles like Persona 5, Catherine and the Shin Megami Tensei series, Mr. Hiraoka will now move forward leading many of the company’s important creative projects.

Atlus teases the “next stage” of Etrian Odyssey
《世界树迷宫》公开新作预告视频系列将进入新的阶段

　　Atlus公开了一段《世界树迷宫》新企划的预告视频，制作人小森成雄表示3DS的《世界树迷宫X》只是3DS平台上的最后一部作品，同时也意味着系列将会进入下一个阶段。现在新的项目已经启动，希望能够尽早以理想的姿态诞生。

　　《世界树迷宫》初代发售于2007年的NDS平台，距今已十年有余，靠着丰富的职业搭配和颇高的难度获得了不少玩家的青睐。系列监督小森成雄曾在采访中表示，《世界树迷宫X》是3DS平台上的最后一部作品，也是集系列大成之作。在视频的结尾处显示《世界树迷宫》正在向全新的世界“胎动”中，即将进入下个阶段。

With Etrian Odyssey X due out for 3DS on August 2 in Japan, Atlus has teased the “next stage” of the dungeon RPG series in a newly released teaser video.

First, here is a message from Etrian Odyssey X director Shigeo Komori (via, 2, 3):

Etrian Odyssey X will at last be the 10th entry in the Etrian Odyssey series. The reason we have been able to continue the series is thanks to all of the fans who have played and supported its titles thus far. Thank you so much.

As we said at the start, Etrian Odyssey X is a culmination of the Etrian Odyssey series thus far, as well as the last Etrian Odyssey game for 3DS. But of course, that means the last “for 3DS.” The last title for 3DS is nothing other than an announcement for the beginning of the next stage.

We are now moving quickly toward a completely new world for the Etrian Odyssey series that everyone has supported thus far. We are working hard to realize this passion as quickly and properly as possible, so please continue to give us your support.

Etrian Odyssey X first-print bonus DLC ‘New Adventurer Illustration Pack’ trailer

Atlus has released a new trailer for Etrian Odyssey X introducing the game’s first-print bonus downloadable content, the “New Adventurers Illustration Pack.”

The “New Adventurers Illustration Pack” downloadable content contains five class illustrations from guest illustrators:

Shigatake – Illustration Theme: Farmer
Yuki Takahata (FLIPFLOPs) – Illustration Theme: Gunner
Shirow Miwa – Illustration Theme: Nightseeker
Mota – Illustration Theme: Medic
Shigenori Soejima – Illustration Theme: Project Re Fantasy (Special Collaboration)

Etrian Odyssey X is due out for 3DS on August 2 in Japan.

《世界树的迷宫 X》系列作首次采用世界地图公开「小型迷宫」与采集地区情报

　　ATLUS 28 日公开了预定 8 月 2 日发售的 N3DS 专用游戏 RPG《世界树的迷宫 X》的最新情报。

　　本篇报导将介绍全新冒险舞台．远海孤岛「雷姆利亚」相关消息。本作为系列作首次采用世界地图，除了会标示可攻略的主要迷宫，像是采集地区、可先攻略的「小型迷宫」也都会标示出来。

　　而且在世界地图上，也会偶遇事件或是强敌（F.O.E）。这些强敌大多会出现在采集地区，采集地区如果被他们弄乱了，就会有一段时间无法进行采集。

　　另外，本篇报导还会公开小型迷宫「前人未踏的水源地」与「掩埋的古城遗迹」、在迷宫里可同行的 NPC，以及公会卡片等新情报。

　　报导结尾，还会公开收录于抢先购买特典 DLC「全新冒险者插画集（新たな冒険者イラストパック）」，由三轮士郎与副岛成记绘制的插图，有兴趣的人别错过了。

介绍新冒险的起始与冒险者们

在世界地图上，会发生各式各样的事件！
《世界树的迷宫 X》将首次在系列作中，使用世界地图。

世界地图全景

在世界地图上，不仅会显示迷宫或采集地区，还会发生事件，或是遇到 F.O.E！当然除了主要迷宫，地图上也会标示「小型迷宫」，欢迎想牛刀小试的玩家前来挑战看看。

攻略完成的迷宫旁边会出现采集地区，可以从那获得素材道具。由于是在迷宫外面，虽然采集技能不会有反应，但至少可以安全采集。

不过，世界地图上的 F.O.E 大多会出现在采集地区。如果对自己的实力有自信，不妨可以挑战看看。世界地图上的 F.O.E 有着前往别处采集地区的习性，如果牠移动的路径会经过可以进行采集的采集地区，采集地区就会因此受到捣乱，有段时间无法进行采集。

介绍小型迷宫

接下来将介绍出现在《世界树的迷宫 X》的其中两座小型迷宫。

前人未踏的水源地（未踏の水源地）
根据席莉卡的消息造访小型迷宫「前人未踏的水源地」。据说里面栖息着一种「可自由变换颜色的奇怪魔物」，难道会是...？

掩埋的古城遗迹（埋もれた城迹）
和马可、奥利巴一同造访的小型迷宫「掩埋的古城遗迹」。是个 F.O.E「雷电丘（ライデンジュウ）」会大量涌出的难关。究竟在这迷宫深处，藏有什么东西呢？

若有 NPC 跟随...

《世界树的迷宫 X》在推进主线故事时，会发生 NPC 跟随的情形。这些同行的 NPC 似乎会给予各式各样的帮助。

冒险初期遇到的比尔姬妲。身为新手医务兵，会在战斗结束时回复全体队伍血量

马可与奥利巴，会在旅途中给予各种建议

虽然这些 NPC 几乎只会暂时同行，但依然令人安心不少。

制作公会卡片，互相交换吧

《世界树的迷宫 X》当然也有公会卡片系统啰！制作自己队伍的公会卡片，透过擦身通信交换公会卡片吧。
