这样，你要分几个部分说

issue 1: is there an Offer?
Law: Section 2(a) Contract Law 1950
          rules- section 4(1) CA
          include relevant cases
Apply(fact): you should link the laws to the given cases
conclusion: yes, there is an offer/ No, there is not an offer

issue 2: is there an acceptance?
Law: Cumulative effect of section 2(a) Contract Law 1950, sectioen 2(b) CA and section 10(1) CA
          Acceptance must be absolute and unqualified (section 7(a) CA)
          Included relevant cases
apply: Y is not accepting but counter offering, counter offering does not form contact
conclusion: 你应该会conclude了吧

issue 3: Did Z breach the law of offer?
Law: revocation of offer, section 5(1) Contract Law 1950, section 6(a) CA, section 4(3)(a) CA and section 4(3)(b)CA
然后apply跟conclusion

想问issues是要从哪里看？？
老师说读一句句子，然后就分析，是吗？？

facts是讲case study 的什么的？？
law是不是要讲解是哪个方案吗？？

想了解 XD 因为我要做成作文，谢谢

issues就是整个事件的关键点
这个case来说
你就要知道怎样形成contract
for a contract to be formed, there must be an offer and must be accepted
所以你要先证明有offer，然后看有没有acceptance
你老师也没有错
但是不可能每个句子都是issue

我是建议你把law跟facts的次序倒转
先讲laws
laws就是法律，哪一个section，然后给有关联的past cases

facts就是这个apply你的laws去你的问题
according to section XX, Z made an offer ....... etc etc

就用那个steps做成作文
把1）issue
2）laws
etc
拿掉， 写成段落就好了
一直分段

我老师没教这些该怎样写essay，只照着note念给我们听而已

这是我看了case study所写的这4个的issue
都可以吗？？
a) Offer
b) Option
c) Seeking for more information
d) Acceptance

a 和 d 肯定可以的
b 和 c 是个问题
b还可以，但是option是没有law的，你只可以include relevant cases
然后你要怎么写？
seek for more information? come under which section?
