1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR.
• Recruitment & Selection
1. Establish recruiting and interviewing
process and recommend changes
• Manpower Planning
• Training & Development
• Performance Management
1. Develop and manage annual
performance appraisal program
2. Handle all employee’s and sub-con renumeration, EPF, Socso & PCB matters.
3. Develop, review and implement HR and Admin policies, procedures and ensure employees compliance.
4. Conduct salary benchmark exercise and recommend salary level and benefit that align with the current market.
5. Proper drafting of HR-related letter and documents. (Employment, Confirmation, Promotion, Salary Review, Warning and etc.)
6. Maintain work structure by updating job requirement and job description for all positions.
7. In charge of general administrative duties.
8. Ad-hoc duties assigned by Production Manager. |
