-Sourcing for new suppliers & parts. (Alternative sources)
-Prepare Purchase Order for selected Supplier.
-Liaise with Supplier to follow up on delivery of parts and check against delivery order to verify the received quantity and to perform a visual quality check of the items.
-Create Received for payment to Supplier.
-Liaise with Customer Service, technician and engineer.
-Prepare monthly Costing report.
-Updating of documentation to maintain ISO standard.
-Other ad-hoc assignment. |
