Have strong sense for UI, show us your portfolio.
Basic understanding of HTML & CSS.
Work well with Photoshop.
Handsome amount of experience in related fields.
Having a degree is not important, but it shows that you are determined to spend 3-4 years completing something to make your Resume looks better. (Dropouts welcome!)
A plus if you understand best practices for the web.
Sensitive to typography, color, and design principles.
Enjoy working as a team.
Able to converse in English fluently.
Able to work in Malaysia. (Legally)
Prefer someone who can work in Johor Bahru or relocate to JB.
Best if you can start working ASAP.
Can make people around you laugh. (Good to have feature)

Help design other artworks for the company. eg:
Flyers
Other graphics to be used for marketing purpose.
Involve in UX brainstorming / planning session.
Work closely with other software engineers for seamless integration.
