我是从diploma 转去 UTAR 的

然后
现在出这个是什么来的？？？

Kindly therefore supply us the relevant documents/information stated above within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the application form by the University.

Upon receipt of it, your application would be processed and the result posted on the University's website after 7 working days. You are therefore encouraged to check the status of your application at the website.

难道这个是CERTIFICATE 的文凭？？
