4. Transfer/Apply/Terminate/Renew car park, Manage to get approval on time and maintain smooth communication between operation colleagues （停车位的申请/终止/转换，按时完成并保持与运营部门的良好沟通）
5. Monitor/Renew vehicle COE, insurance, VPC, road tax. Transfer vehicle ownership retain car plate and etc. Make sure that there is no delay in renewal, be able to answer/retrieve the status of certs promptly （车辆相关证书路税等的更新，需确认没有遗漏）
6. Handle paper work of accident claim （公司车辆事故的文书处理）
7. Other operation related issues （其他运营部门相关事务）
