**Accomplish product marketability and profitability objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating performance of projects and strategies.
**Achieves sales and marketing objectives by contributing strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, customer service quality and standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
**Responsible for obtaining optimum results through a team of staffs by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development, as well as monitors staff performances to ensure product and services standards are achieved.
**Forecasting and meeting marketing budgets; scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions.
**Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market competition; competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business.
**Ability to meet firm deadlines with quick turnaround times.
**Work closely with the company management to maximize effectiveness of all sales and marketing activities.
**Provides periodical reporting by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information related to sales and marketing performances, as well as other critical business and office functions.
**Other tasks & projects assigned by the company management.

工作时间：10am to 7pm
工作日期：Monday to Friday，Saturday（10am to 3pm）

条件　   ：
**University degree or higher degree in Sales & Marketing skills.
**Must have at least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in the management and administration of multiple sales and marketing functions within the merchandising sector.
**Must have considerable experience in developing successful online and offline marketing strategies.
**Goal oriented, self-motivated, analytical thinker who is able to adapt to changing sales and marketing trends in order to maximise optimum performance for the company.
**Team player with leadership qualities, monitor and motivates a team of staffs to achieve successful performance.
**Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
**Practical knowledge in imaging, video creation, web building, and programming are plus points.
