我最近买了间二手房， 想好好装修一番， 想知道装修商的估价合不合理。
请高手们帮我看看，给点意见。

估价单的内容如下：

1. GROUND FLOOR BACK EXTENSION ( Wet kitchen 10 ft x 20 ft )
A) To demolish existing window wall and cart away.                                                                  17,800.00

To extend of wet kitchen supply and construct with:-
- 3 nos of footing, size 36" W x 36" D ( 18"H concrete c/w Y-12 iron bar )
- 6" D x 16" H ground beam c/w Y-12, R-6 iron bar and concrete
- 3 nos of column, size 10" D x 10" W c/w Y-12, R-6 iron bar and concrete
- All round red brickwork cement plastering on bothsides
- All round 5" D x 16" H x roof beam c/w Y-12, R-6 iron bar and concrete
- R.C flat roof c/w Y-10 iron bar, concrete and three layers waterproofing with cement rendering
- 3 nos outlet with upvc piping finish( conceal inside concrete's column )

B) Construct cement plastering, lay with 25cm x 33cm ceramic wall tiles up to ceiling level.            2,500.00
C) Construct 1 set of 2 ft D x 20 ft W concrete top c/w R.C concrete and lay with 60cm x 60cm     2,800.00
homogeneous polished tiles.( Basin and tap to be supplied by owner )
D) Construct cement rendering and lay with 30cm x 60cm homogeneous floor tiles.1,200.00
E ) Supply and install:-                                                                                                               1,400.00
- 1 set of 6 ft(W)x 4 ft(H) Aluminium casement window c/w tinted glass
- 3 nos of tap point and upvc outlet piping

2. GROUND FLOOR ( Bedroom 4 )
A) Construct cement rendering and lay with 30cm x 30cm homogeneous floor tiles and skirting.      1,700.00
( Including new extended area )
B) To dismantle existing window( 4 ft x 4 ft )and make good with cement plastering.                      650.00
Supply and install 1 set of 4 ft x 4 ft Aluminium sliding window with tinted glass.

3. GROUND FLOOR BACK ADDITIONAL ( New bathroom 5 ft x 8 ft )
A) To demolish existing whole bathroom's wall tiles and cart away.                                               1,700.00
To additional new bathroom construct brickwork cement plastering and R.C beam.
B) Construct cement rendering lay with 30cm x 30cm homogenous floor tiles and 25cm x 33cm       2,400.00
ceramic wall tiles up to ceiling level.
C) Supply and install:-                                                                                                                 2,000.00
- 1 set of 2 ft(W)x 2 ft(H) Aluminium top hung window c/w tinted glass
- 4 nos of Tap point, 1.5'' and 4" upvc outlet
- 1 set of 2.5 ft x 7 ft Aluminium folding fiber glass door
- Supply of labour to install new water closet and wash basin.

4. PLUMBING WORKS
Supply and install:-
- New "Poly" piping from water meter to wet kitchen and water tank area.                                      1,600.00
- 1 set of "Poly"( 1000 liter )water tank c/w remove existing piping.                                                 2,200.00

5. FIRST FLOOR ( Three bedrooms and family hall )
A) To demolish existing parquet floor, cart away and make good with cement rendering.                  5,900.00
Supply and lay with 40cm x 40cm homogeneous polished tiles and skirting tiles.
B) Supply and install plain board plaster ceiling with plaster coated finish.                                        2,800.00
C) To demolish existing timber window, cart away and make good with cement plastering.               1,600.00
Supply and install 2 sets of 4 ft x 6 ft Aluminium casement window at bedroom 2 and 3.
D) To demolish existing timber window, cart away and make good with cement plastering.               1,400.00
Supply and install:-( Master bedroom )
- 1 set of 4 ft x 4 ft Aluminium casement window with tinted glass
- 2 sets of 2 ft x 4 ft Aluminium casement window with tinted glass
